We’ve put together the following FAQs to help you understand how delivery works when you place an order from the Tasty Bean online store.
All UK orders above £15 are shipped free of charge, otherwise our standard rate shipping charge is £3.50 otherwise.
UK orders are shipped with Hermes on a 2+ day delivery service. This applies to orders placed before 14:00 GMT. Orders placed after this, will be dispatched the following working day. If your order is placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday, your order will not be dispatched until the subsequent working day.
Whilst we strive to uphold our stated delivery times, during busier periods, EnsCat Ltd t/a Tasty Bean Café cannot always guarantee the regular delivery times as displayed.
You will be sent your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order here.
Small items such as gift vouchers will have an option to ship by Royal Mail’s 1st class service for a reduced price. This option is an economy service, with increased shipping times that are not guaranteed. The parcel will not be trackable.
EnsCat Ltd. t/a Tasty Bean Café does not ship to countries outside of the UK.
Your order will be shipped from within the UK, therefore there are no additional costs on the delivery of your order.
